The Santa Barbara Community Flute Ensemble is a local ensemble founded by Ritchie Gonzales in 2015. Ritchie Gonzales, a passionate flutist and music educator, wanted to provide an opportunity for flutists of all ages and skill levels to come together and make music. The ensemble started with just a few members, but quickly grew in popularity as more and more flute players in the Santa Barbara community heard about it.

The ensemble is made up of flutists ranging from beginners to advanced players, all with a shared love for music and the flute. The group practices regularly, honing their skills and perfecting their repertoire. They have performed at a variety of local events, including community concerts and festivals.
